Contact Lens for Amazon Connect has now been included on the list of AWS Services in Scope for the FedRAMP Moderate baseline. The security and compliance of Contact Lens is assessed as part of multiple AWS compliance programs. Contact Lens is compliant with PCI and SOC, while also being a HIPAA eligible service. In addition to being FedRAMP moderate compliant, Contact Lens for Amazon Connect is now also available in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) AWS Region. This launch adds to the list of regions that Contact Lens already supports: US West (Oregon), US East (Northern Virginia), Canada (Central), Europe (London), Europe (Frankfurt), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), and Asia Pacific (Sydney).
