AWS DeepRacer Student helps high school and college-enrolled students around the globe develop their ML skills through the excitement of autonomous racing. Any student aged 16 or older can leverage 20 hours of ML educational material and 10 hours of monthly model training compute resources for free. Apply your newly acquired skills by training and evaluating your own ML model, enabling you to learn model development through practical application.
The DeepRacer Student League will conclude with the 2024 Student Championship race in October. Students and educators will continue to have access to the service for learning purposes and training ML models until the end of 2025.

The new Educator playbooks provide easy-to-integrate learning objectives, outcomes, key concepts, and hands-on activity tutorials. These allow educators to enrich the AWS DeepRacer Student experience and customize it to fit their classroom needs.
