Whether you are new to the cloud or an experienced user, you will learn something new at an AWS Summit. These events, held around the world, are designed to educate new customers about the AWS platform and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS.

All AWS Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS experts, and hands-on technical training. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimising performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.

The AWS Summit London is free to attend.

No, AWS does not reimburse or validate parking or other travel associated costs.

There is no dress code for attendees. Attendee attire varies from business casual, suits, hoodies, and jeans. Please wear what you are comfortable in.

Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age on the day they pick up their conference badge.

Upon submission of your information, you will receive a confirmation email. One week prior to the event you will receive a QR code for check-in. This email will be sent from aws-marketing-email-replies@amazon.com and may take several minutes to arrive depending on your email's individual security settings.

AWS Summit London registration gives you access to the keynote, breakout sessions, and networking reception. Meals offered include lunch and snacks.

To check-in and collect your event badge, bring your QR code (sent via email one week before the event) and a government-issued photo ID. A reminder will be sent closer to the event.

Onsite at the AWS Summit London, sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. As seats are not guaranteed there is no need to pre-register.

Registration opens at 08:00 on 30th April 2025. If you're taking the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), allow time to get out at Prince Regent station as the area may be very congested.

We recommend you use the AWS Summit London mobile app to help organize your day, and allow plenty of time to navigate between rooms. Download the mobile app for Android or IOS. A link to the app will be provided closer to the event date - keep an eye on your emails for updates.

For the keynote, there are only 4,000 seats in the auditorium which will be filled at a first-come, first-seated basis. If you can't get a seat in the auditorium, the keynote will be streamed in Theatres A-G on Level 1. Follow signage at the venue and hosts will be on hand to direct you.

If you are taking part in a workshop please remember to bring your laptop, charger and any external devices you may require. Please note, you must bring a laptop and not a tablet, with WiFi networking (not wired networking). If you're using a corporate laptop please ensure that it can connect via WiFi and doesn't require wired networking.

The AWS Summit London app will be available to download two weeks before the event and will allow you to view all sessions taking place, access floorplans, manage your calendar for the day of the event and more. More details will be share with registered attendees closer to the time.

Accessibility

The AWS Summit London venue, ICC London, Excel, has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. Read more about the facility’s accessibility here.

We have induction loops in all rooms for those who are hard of hearing. There will be designated seats at the front for the induction loop.
