Henry Chang is the Deputy Chief Executive (Services, Governance & Cybersecurity) of GovTech. He oversees the Services Group and the Governance & Cybersecurity Group and reports to the Chief Executive. Prior to GovTech, Henry has a 26 year career with the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) and his last appointment in DSTA was Deputy Chief Executive (National Engineering).

Henry is an engineer by training with a Bachelor’s degree in Information System Engineering from Imperial College London, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and an Executive Council member and Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society.

Priscilla is the Country Manager of AWS Singapore. She manages a diverse business portfolio with a keen eye for operational excellence. Her focus is on driving organizational structure and culture to deliver the best business results. A strong advocate for customer innovation, Priscilla has been constantly ascertaining novel and fresh ways to cater to customers’ needs while driving strategic partner engagements. Prior to joining AWS, Priscilla spent +15 years at Hewlett Packard, taken on various commercial leadership roles across different business units before becoming the Managing Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She was responsible for amplifying customer innovation and strategic partner engagements that help enhance business outcomes.

Deepak Singh is the Vice President of Next Gen Developer Experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he leads teams focused on transforming how customers build on AWS using generative AI. Previously, Deepak led the Containers and Serverless organisation in AWS. During his time at AWS, he also ran the Amazon Linux and High Performance Computing organisations, along with the Open Source Program Office, and headed up product management for Amazon EC2 instances prior to that. Before joining AWS in 2008, Deepak spent several years as a scientist and product manager at companies focused on developing algorithms and software for drug discovery and materials design. Deepak has a PhD in theoretical chemistry from Syracuse University and has served on the scientific advisory boards of GenomeSpace and Ensembl.

Mr Tan Kiat How was elected a Member of Parliament (MP) for the East Coast Group Representation Constituency (GRC) during the General Elections held in July 2020. He is the Senior Minister of State for National Development and for Communications and Information, and is also Chairman of REACH, the lead agency in facilitating whole-of-government efforts to engage and connect with Singaporeans on national and social issues close to their hearts. Mr Tan had also previously served in the Prime Minister’s Office as Minister of State. Prior to entering politics, Mr Tan spent close to 20 years in the public service. He began his career in the public service as an IT consultant in the Ministry of Education, under a National Computer Board scholarship. He held several appointments in the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, before moving to the Ministry of Finance to head its economic programmes department. Mr Tan started the Pioneer Generation Office, which is now known as the Silver Generation Office. Under his leadership, the Pioneer Generation Office mobilised 3,000 volunteers to reach out to almost 500,000 seniors within two years. Mr Tan subsequently took on leadership roles as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI), and later Chief Executive Officer of the Infocomm and Media Development Authority (IMDA). As a computer engineer by training, Mr Tan has a passion for using technology to enhance the lives of Singaporeans. He led the shaping of the national cybersecurity masterplan and championed a more digital economy and society, including the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence, rollout of 5G mobile networks, and launch of the SG Digital Ambassadors Programme. He helped to develop the Intelligent Nation 2015 blueprint and drove the implementation of the nationwide fibre-to-the-home infrastructure. Mr Tan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Computer Engineering in 2001. He also holds a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.

Thomas Lee-Warren is currently the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer (CITO) at Dyson, spearheading the development of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions, platforms, data architecture, and data science solutions that drive value across the company.

With a passion for disruptive innovation, he has been driving transformative change across various sectors from retail, aerospace, logistics, to finance. He was previously the Group Digital Chief Technology Officer at Rolls-Royce, where he helped the company advance data innovation, artificial intelligence, and fostering a digital-first mindset. He believes in challenging the status quo to bring together the agility of start-ups with the discipline of large corporations to drive innovation.

Thomas is excited by the limitless potential of AI and is committed to harnessing its power to create a smarter, more sustainable future. In his pursuit of innovation, Thomas is also dedicated to mentoring and supporting the next generation of business leaders through his involvement with the Said Business School at Oxford University.
