Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing offers one pricing option billed under a contract. You buy the Semantic Middleware & Orchestrator by units, and each unit includes 25GB of storage and 25 users. Pricing scales as you add units, so you increase both storage capacity and user seats together. There are no separate tiers or add-ons to choose from. To grow your capacity or user count, you purchase additional units of the same package under the contract term.

A user is an individual account that logs in to compose or run solutions. Anyone with a business process understanding can use the platform through its drag-and-drop interface. Each unit covers 25 such accounts, so you count named users toward that limit and add units when you need more seats.
Storage and users scale together per unit. You cannot expand only one. When you reach either the 25GB storage cap or the 25-user cap, you buy another unit. Each added unit raises both limits by 25GB and 25 users at once. There are no separate storage-only add-ons.
Each unit includes the integration and orchestration platform with a real-time operational database, self-adapting connectors, and business process workflows. You get zero code composition, embedded analytics, and bidirectional orchestration across legacy, cloud, and IoT sources. These capabilities apply to every unit; buying more units raises capacity, not feature access.
