Dimensions summary
Clarium prices the Command Center in three tiers based on your facility's net patient revenue (NPR). Tier 1 covers facilities with less than $2B in NPR. Tier 2 covers facilities with $2-$5B in NPR. Tier 3 covers facilities with over $5B in NPR. You pick the tier that matches your revenue band. Each tier is a contract commitment billed per unit. Pricing scales with facility size rather than usage, so larger health systems fall into the higher revenue tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
NPR is your facility's net patient revenue, a measure of its size. You match your facility's revenue to one of three bands. Less than $2B maps to Tier 1, $2-$5B to Tier 2, and over $5B to Tier 3. The revenue figure determines which tier you buy.
The tiers set pricing by revenue band, not usage. If your facility grows into a higher band, you would move to the matching tier. The change is not automatic within a contract. Contact the vendor to adjust your tier when your revenue crosses a band boundary.
Each tier gives access to the platform's workflow apps. These include disruption monitoring, substitute management, and procedure card optimization. The platform connects to your existing systems of record and unifies supply chain data. The capabilities are the same across tiers; the price scales with facility revenue band.
