Overview
Most data security tools show you where sensitive data lives, then hand your team a ticket queue. Teleskope closes that gap.
Teleskope is a data security platform for DSPM and DLP. It finds sensitive data across your cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and AI environments and resolves exposure automatically, within the guardrails you set. Its Data Reasoning Layer works in three steps:
Understand. Continuously discover and classify data using business context, not just pattern matching. A board deck or proprietary formula is recognized as readily as a Social Security number.
Decide. Weigh each finding against your policies and risk appetite, so your team acts on what matters and the noise drops away.
Enforce. Apply the right action natively, including redaction, deletion, archival, quarantine, and access revocation. Add owner notification and human approval wherever you want them.
Teleskope runs as single-tenant SaaS on AWS, so your models, scanners, and database are yours alone. Connect Amazon S3, RDS, and DynamoDB alongside Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Zendesk, Notion, and AI tools such as OpenAI and Claude. Customers resolve sensitive data exposure in AI environments in under two seconds and reach risk reduction up to 10x faster.
Kosmo, Teleskope's built-in agent, lets your team ask questions in plain language and get answers, reports, and policies back. A CISO gets reporting, SecOps gets triage, and GRC gets sharing and retention answers, all from the same place.
Highlights
Resolve exposure, not just find it. Natively redact, delete, archive, quarantine, or revoke access across cloud, SaaS, on-premises, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. No ticket queue, no manual triage.
Classification that understands context. Identifies document types and data subjects, not just patterns, so trade secrets, contracts, and board decks are found as reliably as PII, PCI, and secrets, with fewer false positives.
Automation within your guardrails. Turn your retention and classification policies into workflows, with owner notification and human approval wherever you want them. Single-tenant on AWS, so your models and data stay yours.

Pricing is built around integration units, and you buy each type separately. You pay per unit for four independent categories based on where your data lives. File Storage & Sharing Integration covers file collaboration sources. SaaS Integration covers third-party business applications. Database Integration covers managed and warehouse databases. Blob Storage Integration covers cloud object storage. Each connected source counts as a unit within its category. Your total scales with how many sources you enroll across these categories. You can mix categories to match the environments you need scanned.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit within each integration category?
Each connected data source counts as one unit. In the Database Integration category, one database or warehouse connection is a unit. In Blob Storage Integration, one object storage source is a unit. File Storage & Sharing and SaaS Integration each count one connected application or service as a unit.
How do the four integration categories combine on my invoice?
The four categories bill independently. You pay per unit in each one, and the charges add together on the same invoice. Your total depends on how many sources you enroll across File Storage & Sharing, SaaS, Database, and Blob Storage Integration. No single category drives cost; each scales with the sources you connect.
Which category does a data source belong to when categorizing my environment?
Placement follows the source type. Managed and warehouse databases fall under Database Integration. Cloud object storage falls under Blob Storage Integration. File collaboration platforms fall under File Storage & Sharing Integration. Other business applications, such as support or project tools, fall under SaaS Integration.

I appreciate Teleskope's ability to identify, classify, and protect sensitive data across our cloud and SaaS environments, which is extremely valuable in our banking environment with lots of confidential client and business info. It helps centralize and automate security tasks, reducing manual investigation and follow-up, so our team can focus on items requiring more judgment and escalation. The automation of remediation in Teleskope is particularly valuable for managing a significant volume of issues efficiently. I also value the visibility it provides across our data environment, and the combination of automation and visibility is what I find very useful. The initial setup was easy breezy, which made getting started with Teleskope smooth and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Teleskope being a newer platform, there are a few capabilities and integrations that I feel could be expanded, especially given the complexity of a large enterprise environment. More flexibility around reporting, dashboards, and configurable remediation workflows would be really helpful as different teams have different controls and governance requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Teleskope to protect sensitive data, reduce manual security work, and improve visibility, freeing up my team to focus on higher-risk issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Teleskope for its discovery, classification, and flexible deployment features. It helps reduce breach exposure and storage costs, minimizes audit preparation, and provides a clear posture metric for reporting. Remediation is now automatic, so my team can focus on strategic work instead of manually triaging hundreds of alerts. The implementation was quick, taking just one hour, and we saw results immediately. It's unmatched in terms of cost and efficiency for securing platforms like ChatGPT and Slack, and to my knowledge, the only authorized combined DSMP/DLP solution for both, which is a crucial differentiator from other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
They didn't have a few very specific connectors but were able to build them in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teleskope automates remediation in our data security program, reducing manual triaging. It provides continuous data discovery, classification, and governance, decreasing breach exposure and storage costs. It offers a unified DSMP/DLP solution for ChatGPT and Slack, streamlining costs and efficiency with quick setup and instant results.
