Overview
From an enterprise perspective, planning a travel involves multiple hops. Interactions with the travel helpdesk in an enterprise is time-consuming and often involves back and forth communication. Employees need a faster, interactive and intuitive solution that can address their needs and make travel planning & claims process a breeze. The ‘Travel and Claims AI Assistant’ is a Generative AI solution built using AWS Bedrock Agents. This application simplifies travel planning, booking, and claims processing using natural language interactions. It also proves the implementation using a different implementation paradigm through the usage of Generative AI agents. Technologies such as AWS Bedrock Agents, Anthropic Claude Sonnet LLMs, DynamoDB, EC2 are used to implement this application
