AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You buy Hiver as a per-user contract across three tiers: Lite, Pro, and Elite. You pay for each user seat, so cost scales with team size. The tiers build on each other. Lite covers the essential customer service tools. Pro adds SLAs, CSAT surveys, and analytics for tracking service quality. Elite adds custom access control, round robin assignment, and an uptime SLA for teams needing stricter governance and routing. Pick a tier based on the depth of reporting, routing, and access control your team needs, then set the user count.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across the Lite, Pro, and Elite tiers?
A user is one team member seat with access to the platform. You pay per seat, so cost scales with headcount. Plans start at 2 seats. You can grow from 2 to 5, then in increments of 5 seats, such as 10, 15, or 20.
If I add more users, does the tier price apply to all seats or only the new ones?
Your chosen tier rate applies to every seat on the account, including new ones. Adding users raises cost by the same per-user rate for each added seat. Seats are added in set increments, so you scale in blocks rather than one at a time.
Are voice minutes included, and what happens when the team uses more?
Each account includes a pooled 2000 minutes per month, shared across all users. Once those minutes run out, extra calling minutes are charged separately per minute. The minute pool sits at the account level, so it is not divided per seat.

Smart Email Splitting and Auto-Assignment, with Helpful Automations
Reviewed on Oct 07, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to split up emails and have them auto assign to certain members of the team. Automations about where emails go or being able to close emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can lag and be slow at times. The Trello integration doesn't really help for what we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overwhelm of a busy inbox, being able to divide up emails, prioritise what's important and remove what's not makes more a more efficient team.

Effortlessly Organizes Work Emails with Stellar Support
Reviewed on Oct 07, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hiver in Gmail because it helps me get my work email organized and navigable within the team. It’s better than using just the basic Gmail. I find the categorization of emails very helpful, especially being able to use tags and assign them to specific people while still being able to view everything myself. Setting it up was really easy, and I love how there's no hectic process involved; it makes organizing work emails a breeze. The side panel is the most helpful feature for me. I also appreciate the Notes section and the way emails can be linked together, which makes managing conversations a lot easier. The real-time chat support is very pleasing; they are always there to help, which makes any issues less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that bothers me is when I select something within the panel, like a tag or status, it sometimes overwrites it again and again and mostly leaves it blank. This should definitely be looked into. It's the only issue I face and I don't know how to fix it myself, but it should be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hiver in Gmail to organize work emails with easy categorization, tagging, and assignment. The side panel and notes help manage communication within the team effectively, better than just using Gmail. It's easy to set up and use, making email navigation smooth.

Seamless Gmail Integration with Time-Saving AI and Responsive Support
Reviewed on Oct 01, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly, it integrates directly with my Gmail UI, so I don’t need to switch between platforms. Secondly, the admin panel is very intuitive, and it’s easy to set up and use. Thirdly, I really like the AI-assisted features—in particular, the AI-assisted responses (once the AI has trained on our internal documentation) and the AI tags—which save a lot of staff time. Overall, their support has been very responsive and helpful during implementation and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say there’s a bit of a learning curve when you first start using the platform, especially if you want to leverage all of its features efficiently. Also, the Pro plan can feel a little expensive for smaller teams, but overall it seems like the most cost-effective option, and it’s the one I’d recommend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest business problems were turnaround time in responding to customer tickets and the lack of efficient coordination to resolve them. We had to rely on tools like Asana, which meant we were constantly switching between platforms. Hiver integrates very closely with our existing Gmail dashboard, which has helped streamline that workflow. Another issue was staff time: we were spending too much time drafting responses and repeatedly referring back to our knowledge base. That’s now much easier with AI tagging and AI suggested replies.

Hiver Makes Team Email Collaboration Effortless
Reviewed on Sep 30, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hiver in Gmail is how it makes managing customer emails and team communication much easier. I can assign emails to the right person, track conversations, and collaborate with the team without leaving Gmail. It helps keep our workflow organized and makes it easier to follow up with customers efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that Hiver can take some time to get used to, especially when managing multiple emails and assignments. Some features can also feel a bit slow or require extra clicks. It would be helpful if the interface could be made more streamlined and responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hiver in Gmail, we had difficulty keeping customer support emails organized, tracking conversations, and making sure follow-ups were not missed. Hiver helps us manage shared inboxes directly in Gmail, assign emails to team members, track the status of customer requests, and collaborate more efficiently. This has improved our response workflow, reduced the chance of missed emails, and made it easier to keep customer support organized.

Great Shared Work Queue for Remote Teams
Reviewed on Sep 30, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can use it as a work queue and share it amongst multiple remote workers in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if somebody responds to an email that it automatically goes in their "Mine" queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a client who takes up a lot of our time, which makes it easier to work on each task as if it were in a queue.
