What do you like best about the product?
Everything is tidy and clear. The features are well ordered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind now, everything seems ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client I worked for has recently moved to Deel mostly for improving its payroll mechanisms, and as a general HR management platform. To me, this has been a big improvement, being already a user of Deel from before; I can manage my payments and withdrawals easily, with reduced fees.

Amazing! So quick, responsive and practical.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that as a contractor for LSA form outside of the US i dont get charged a comission to withdraw the momey to my Mexico's bank account!

Deel is helping to make foreign transactions easier and less hassle, is helping me to withdraw to my local account.

Deel has been overall a top tier tool for managing contracts. It's robust time tracking and payment systems are awesome and easy to use. Customer support is also amazing

What do you like best about the product?
I used Deel because the client that contacted me signed me up on it, and I was impressed with the features Deel offered in terms of contract management, automatic invoicing and pay slips. Integration with a payment solution was really helpful, given my past nightmares of getting paid from overseas clients.
I would use Deel in the future provided similar clients. The whole experience was very smooth, and I have recommended it to friends who work for clients abroad.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the application is very modern and has a sleek interface, it is very slow. I often have to wait 30 seconds for a single page to load. This was both on the web app and the mobile app (which I assume is built with a WebView anyways). This was my only gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is a complete solution for HR, so it took all the pain out of contract management and pay management for me. In the past, it was a complex dance figuring out invoices and checking with clients whether they've made a payment yet, etc. It's all transparent with Deel.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes getting paid as a remote employee in Mexico so easy! Payments are always on time, and I love the flexibility of choosing how I want to receive my money. The platform is super simple to use, and any questions I’ve had were quickly resolved by their helpful support team. It’s a hassle-free experience overall.

There’s not much to dislike, but I’d love to see more local payment methods or faster processing times during holidays. Other than that, it’s been a great experience!

Deel solves the hassle of cross-border payments and ensures everything is compliant with local regulations. Payments are always on time, and I have the flexibility to choose the method that works best for me. It’s given me peace of mind and makes working with an international company stress-free.
Helpful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love their user interface, it's easy to use. For more than 1 year I'm using Deel, I only faced 1 issue and it's solved without make another issue, so I think they still really care about their user experience and really helpful when their user facing a problem. They solved the problem quite fast. But I hope they really can be better and do what their promise to trying their best to avoid any issue come to happen in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I confuse about their tracking system especially which shown up in platform. Maybe they should change the sentence to be same with the fact. For example : if the provider already sent the fund, they can put "provider already sent" but if not, they can put "provider doing the process and will send the fund in nearest time"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My fund got stuck in provider. They investigated it and following up so I can get my fund in a few hours (<24 hours, even only 5-6 hours from my last complain)
