What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very intuitive and I was able to get up to speed on pulling my own metrics quickly after stepping into my new role. It's very clear on what the metrics mean, and the flexibility in how I can pull them is nice. I don't have any involvement with the scheduling/posting process, but I have been happy with the Analytics side to the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major sticks out to me as a dislike. We'd like to find ways to get more specific with the Listening Reports, but that is not really Hootsuite's fault, it's just the nature of those metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us determine the marketing strategy for our social media campaigns. The variety of Analytics it offers gives my team the insights we need to determine which campaigns are performing well and when we need to adjust.
