Esper as MDM for enterprise

What do you like best about the product?
Today Mobile devices are playing a key role in quick decision-making. the amount of transaction happening through mobile devices are very very high & growing. everyone wants mobility & WFH culture in pandemic and post-pandemic has also increased.

every good has bad as shadow hence mobile devices sometimes become vulnerable & leads to business loss.
reason are many but crucks are safeguarding mobile devices from hacking and misuse along with enterprise security were highly needed.

Easper is one such full-stack DevOps platform & is capable of providing end-to-end management of devices. Its stable, scalable and flexible infrastructure along with the robustness of managing devices like locking, over the air updation , remote management & deployment mechanism put this ahead of other MDM.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike is hard to say as most of the features are nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
safeguarding mobile devices from hacking and misuse along with enterprise security.

The best of free MDM

What do you like best about the product?
Most of all, I liked the free maintenance of up to 99 devices, which other MDM systems do not have. A simple interface that is quick and convenient to understand. Frequent updates from developers who are constantly improving the functionality and adding new features. Quick technical support, which solved the questions that I had at the initial stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Esper replaces the system launcher, and the buttons on the navigation bar periodically disappear, although the use system launcher option is specified in the settings. I noticed this problem on Samsung devices. This happens rarely, it helps to restart the device or install another launcher. In all other scenarios, this MDM solution works perfectly and without problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick setup of 50 Android tablets.
Remote device management.
Policies for different employees, application differentiation.
Convenient geotreking.
The ability to use the Esper API Support Tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a try.

What do you like best about the product?
The free plan for up to 100 devices is just fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some devices sometime go offline automatically (turn off) and i haven't been able to figure out why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote viewing, Device software management

Go for it. You will not be disappointed. There free plan makes it just that much easier to try them out.

Fast and Reliable with bunch of useful features

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, in comparison with other MDM solutions. Esper impresses me by having the capability of bringing up the system and registering devices in 1 hour.
Being free for the first 100 devices is also a very good offer for SMBs to try and continue with Esper.
UI/UX is very nice and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I couldn't access the system, but it seems to recover very fast.
One of my devices is not able to be managed intermittently. I understand that it's due to a network glitch or firewall-related, but I couldn't find a detailed report/log to debug the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Esper to manage Android devices in our hospitality and security service. Application remote update and Kiosk Mode brings the most benefits to us.
There are also other MDM solutions, self-manage or cloud-base, opensource or paid service, ... but Esper is on top choice for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity in using the interface and getting things done effectively. I appreciate the fact that someone who is not technical is able to set policies easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts are quite limited and have scope in improvement. Geo-fence is a great feature however it would be great to have feature to disable siren and track the device live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Esper to manage my restaurant's kiosks and staff's work profile. I am able to effectively lock the kiosks to the few needed apps and have my employees access only the KOT/Sales apps securely.

Fast, Easy, Feature Packed MDM

What do you like best about the product?
I was recently looking for a MDM service for my small business when I came upon Esper. It being free for the first 100 devices really pulled me in. The interface is simple to use and very feature rich. The simple How-To instructions and great support community helped me solve issues I ran in to doing this for the first time. The MDM software is very good, it features scheduled updates, factory reset prevention as well as locking the device to a Google account, it automatically installed my approved managed play store apps, and it is very quick to deploy policies as well as remotely view, lock, or find a device easily.

I appreciated the fact that they gave me a call a bit after I signed up as well as sent a email incase I needed help and for them to help me get the most out of the product. The friendly staff and the amazing software is why I'm proud to be using Esper.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't really any downsides except that when I first deployed it on a device my device got stuck installing apps but after a reboot it worked just fine. Also the home button randomly disappeared on initial setup but it was fixed when I rebooted the first time. Might be a bug with the device or just maybe a software bug. Other than that the service is amazing 👏
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having a MDM service would have negatively impacted us. Finding this amazing service provided us with the tools we need to manage devices and install applications all at once without facing halts to work.
