Content Production

Ingest and Metadata

The ingest and logging workflow demonstrates how production companies can compress the effort to move footage from camera into post-production without compromising the integrity of files. This workflow removes the complexity of camera ingest but also reduces the wait time before creative processes can start. We achieve this by automating camera capture file ingest into S3 using Colorfront Transkoder, Frame.IO, and Pomfort Silverstack; automating logging and transcription using Moments Lab and Strada and in almost real time start the edit process.
