Overview

Houdiny AI is an innovative software company whose customer-acquisition solution helps sales teams automate outreach across email and professional networking services. Rapidly growing from early beta users to thousands of paying customers, Houdiny AI needed to replace its original single-server environment with a scalable, reliable one. So the company decided to rebuild on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Working alongside AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner Atomic Computing, Houdiny AI can now support over 10,000 customers and has reached USD $100,000 in monthly recurring revenue.

About Houdiny AI

Based in Dubai, Houdiny AI helps businesses enhance sales with AI-powered lead generation and outreach automation.

Opportunity | Outpacing growth on a single-server foundation

Before founding Houdiny AI, Jan Kozak-Giegerich identified a recurring challenge while providing consulting services for business-to-business companies. Many sales and marketing teams relied on manual prospecting, fragmented tools, and repetitive outreach workflows. After repeatedly building similar systems for clients, the consultant saw an opportunity to turn that manual work into software that could scale. So Kozak-Giegerich founded Houdiny AI, a leading AI-powered platform for business-to-business lead generation. And within 6–8 weeks, the company launched a minimum viable product and onboarded more than 100 beta users.

Feedback showed that customers wanted a complete solution that combined outreach automation, sequencing, and AI-driven personalization—rather than a simple messaging add-in. In response, the company released the full-featured product, and adoption accelerated quickly, but the original infrastructure couldn’t scale with this growth. Houdiny AI was operating on a single server, and rising demand created performance bottlenecks. Also, the company managed a rapidly expanding database, which increased the importance of security and operational resilience. “We have over 500 million data points in our database,” says Kozak-Giegerich, founder and CEO of Houdiny AI. “We wanted to mitigate risks of being publicly exposed, subject to unintended access or outages. That’s why we chose AWS.”

About AWS Partner Atomic Computing

Atomic Computing specializes in cloud migration, application modernization, DevOps, AI, security, and compliance.

Solution | Building a robust, AI-powered infrastructure on AWS

Houdiny AI selected AWS because of its robust network of partners, exceptional scalability, and strong support for growing software businesses. To modernize the solution, the company turned to Atomic Computing, whose team had prior experience helping software companies migrate, scale, and modernize on AWS. The partner assigned two solutions architects to work alongside Houdiny AI’s internal DevOps engineer. Together, they completed a smooth migration from the company’s single-server environment with minimal disruption. Afterward, the team modernized the company’s application from a monolithic design into a containerized architecture, unlocking the elasticity and manageability necessary for growth.

The new infrastructure runs its core services through Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), which provides secure and resizable compute capacity. By using Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS), a fully managed message-queuing service, the company handles scheduling across the system’s asynchronous workloads. Houdiny AI stores its large-scale records and supporting datasets in Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3)—an object storage service that offers industry-leading scalability, data availability, security, and performance. At the core of the proprietary AI capability is Amazon Bedrock, a service for building generative AI applications and agents at production scale. With access to over 100 foundation models from leading AI companies, Amazon Bedrock hosts the large language model that the company uses to generate hyperpersonalized outreach messages at scale.

Atomic Computing also guided Houdiny AI through an AWS Well-Architected Framework Review (AWS WAFR), covering all six best-practice pillars and equipping the DevOps team to maintain them. For security and compliance, the partner helped prepare Houdiny AI for an ISO/IEC 27001 Stage 1 audit. The team set up the development, staging, and production environments to support monthly releases, and Atomic Computing monitors the environments through a managed service and supports the fine-tuning of the AI models.

Outcome | Reaching over 10,000 customers on a scalable foundation

With its rebuilt AWS environment in place, Houdiny AI scaled to more than 10,000 customers and reached USD $100,000 in monthly recurring revenue. By using its own outreach workflows, the company acquired its first 2,000 customers without an external marketing budget. Monthly feature-release cycles now move through development, staging, and production in a more structured process, accelerating the launch of new capabilities.

The collaboration also supported broader commercial growth. Combining cloud infrastructure guidance with live product demonstrations, Atomic Computing and Houdiny AI hosted joint webinars that drew more than 1,000 registrations. Outsourcing infrastructure oversight has also reduced pressure on the founding team. “Atomic Computing means one less stress factor for me,” says Kozak-Giegerich. “Using AWS and collaborating with Atomic Computing, I know that I am working with cloud experts here, so I can stay focused on the business.”
