Nasdaq Delivers Sustainability Insights with AI-Powered Serverless Platform
Nasdaq built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help its customers reduce the manual effort required for sustainability and environmental, social, governance (ESG) disclosures.
Nasdaq IR Insight is an investor relations platform that enables customers to manage investor events, report internally to executive teams, and find new investors to target. Hear from James Tickner, head of product, IR Intelligence at Nasdaq, discuss how the company's customers faced new requirements to report on sustainability and ESG impact, which necessitated the analysis of a large volume of unstructured data and documents. To help customers meet these challenges, Nasdaq built a serverless AI-powered ESG solution called Nasdaq Sustainable Lens, using Amazon Bedrock and AWS Lambda.
This solution analyzes tens of thousands of documents disclosed by companies, replacing much of the manual effort previously needed to analyze these documents. With Sustainable Lens, customers can significantly reduce the manual effort required to analyze sustainability and ESG disclosures. They can quickly benchmark against their competitors, understand their alignment with regulations or frameworks, and monitor sustainability and ESG trends in the wider market with on-demand insights.
