New customers can sign up and get started right away with $100 in Free Tier credits, managed project environments, and simplified team and resource permissions. If their workload evolves, customers can activate advanced features to access the full breadth and depth of AWS in one step, with no migration required.

AWS introduces Amazon EBS Volume Clones with cross-account copy, so you can create copies of your EBS volumes into other AWS accounts and optionally re-encrypt them with an AWS Key Management Service (AWS KMS) key in the target account.
