Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are allowed if you are canceling a subscription to purchase a new subscription from DigitalCube Co. Ltd. at the same or higher rate. For annual subscription upgrades, contact us at support@amimoto-ami.com before we process your refund.
Hourly Subscriptions: We do not currently support refunds, but you can cancel at any time.
