The portal is built on AWS using intuitive User Interface AWS Amplify, Amazon Lambda, Amazon Glue with Amazon SES providing a structure to the data collection process, making it easy to manage and review assessments . As the platform deals with sensitive customer information, it is secured by utilising Amazon Cognito, AWS KMS, and Amazon CloudWatch and AWS IAM
