• AWS Tools for Account Management: Review what tools AWS has to help reduce costs, protect your investments and maintain a well-architected framework

• Multi-account Structures: Isolate workloads and budget

• Growth and Scale in AWS: Account for growth and scale from the beginning to save money and protect your user's experience

• Priorities: Where are you going, and how are you getting there? What is holding you back from releasing features or products? (Time-to-Market)

• Automation: Identify automation opportunities and technology gaps in your DevOps process

• HA/Fault Tolerance: Aligning your application uptime goals with the AWS footprint

• Modern Architecture: Cloud-native tools to better host your apps/data and migrating apps to cloud-native tools

How it works:

• Step 1. Start-Up Advisory Session: We will set up a meeting of up to 90-minutes to review the topics of interest to your organization. In the first half, we will review your specific pain points and goals in the context of the advisory program. The second half will be ideation around resources and solutions to the topics and your priorities.

• Step 2. Recommendations Session (Optional): Based on the topics and priorities outlined in the Advisory session, we can meet for 30 minutes to discuss the next steps recommendations or add additional time for topics needing further research.
