The Income360® full dataset provides a continuous measure of a household’s estimated total income up to $2 million based on wages and salary, in addition to income generated from investments, home-based business income and retirement funds.

The data sources used as inputs to create Income360 include:

  • Wages and salaries
  • Dividends and interest
  • Capital gains
  • Proprietor’s income
  • Retirement income
  • Household demographic data
  • Length of residence

Income360 can be bundled with other financial capacity measures such as Ability to Pay Index™, Affluence Index™ or Spending Power™ to provide an even more granular view of household disposable income.

Fields Included:

  • ZIP Code
  • ZIP+4 Code
  • Delivery Point Code (DPC)

  • Align messaging and offers – improve messaging and select the right cues to match the right offers to prospects and customers based on their income profile
  • Analyze markets – size and rank markets; identify high income and growth markets using geographic-level data and ground counts
