    Overview

    In establishing NTT’s Amazon Connect capability NTT acknowledges the market demand for unlocking business value through flexible and agile services. NTT aims to provide a great client experience by enabling client engagements through meaningful and relevant interactions. It is with these insights in mind that we have designed our Amazon Connect Cloud Care offering.

    Throughout our solution delivery and support cycle we remain aligned to the following business drivers: • Agility and speed to deploy. • Access to the latest and most relevant Client Experience (CX) technologies • Easily accessible services supported by the power of Amazon Web Services

    We understand that moving to a Cloud Contact Centre may require a refreshed way of providing Managed Services and we are therefore happy to offer different options for Managed Services

    NTT offers the below Cloud Care options:

    1. Cloud Care BYO: A fully bespoke service that is constructed along with the client.
    2. Cloud Care Premium: A complete service including 3rd Party services contracted directly to the Client is managed by the Partner.
    3. Cloud Care Plus: Includes adhoc services like 3rd Party integrations.
    4. Cloud Care Lite: The Partner is responsible for a minimal set of services and the client delivers the rest.
