The Lincoln Content Bank powered by Amazon Web Services is a highly secure LMS add on tool that gives educators access to discover and add enterprise level curriculum content into their courses. The tool integrates with any LTI 1.3 capable LMS and is currently fully supported in popular LMS's such as Instructure Canvas Schoology and Agilix Buzz.
The Lincoln Content Bank includes features such as perceptive and rapid search capabilities relative search results intuitive tooling customizable material for full classes or individual students streamlined access to learning objects and cross curricular learning opportunities. Additionally the Lincoln Content Bank aligns with and is built around LTI 1.3 OAuth 2.0 and OIDC standards and leverages various security compliant AWS services. The Lincoln Content Bank and the LTI 1.3 provider solution do not store any Personally Identifiable Data. The wealth of supplemental materials in the Lincoln Content Bank ensures that each student's unique learning needs are met promoting better understanding and retention of concepts. This tool also enables teachers to quickly locate and offer vetted standards aligned remedial resources for students needing extra support or extended learning options for students who need more challenging materials. Additionally students who are struggling to understand a concept can be supported with learning material of a different style or of a different grade level to aid in comprehension.
The presentation of content within this tool is at the teacher's discretion. Content can be utilized within a traditional classroom with whole group instruction through the administration of activities presentation of videos or discussion of instructional material. Content can also be consumed remotely allowing teachers to extend learning beyond the classroom. Examples include a flipped classroom approach to lesson content or additional resources for homework activities. The possibilities for using the Lincoln Content Bank are only limited by a teacher's imagination. Following the pilot, we engage in a detailed discussion with the client, reviewing usage data to inform their decision. If the decision is to proceed with LCB, a yearly contract is established. Upon signing the annual contract, any fees paid are non-refundable. Each client receives a Client Success Specialist who serves as their single point of contact at Lincoln Learning. As a clients primary point of contact, the Client Success Specialists answer toll free phone calls from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST. However, Lincoln Learning offers a 24-hour online support ticketing system, Customer Portal, to schools using Lincoln Learning online solutions. Support tickets will be acknowledged within 8 hours of submission. Tickets submitted via the Customer Portal and regarding Lincoln Learning products or Lincoln Learning systems are supported by Lincoln Learning personnel. In addition to the Customer Portal, Lincoln Learning has a full-service Tier 1-3 technical support team with a 1-8 business hour service level agreement.
AWS infrastructure support
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
