Centific proudly presents our GenAI Foundational Workshop, crafted to help HR departments integrate GenAI applications that transform essential processes—from recruitment to onboarding, career development, and compliance on the AWS platform. By moving beyond pilot projects, this workshop enables HR teams to implement AI solutions on AWS that reduce administrative workloads, support talent retention, and deliver data-backed recommendations that improve the employee experience.
Guided by Centific’s AI and HR experts, this workshop delves into the components of a frontier AI data foundry platform on AWS. This platform supports a range of AI-driven capabilities such as candidate screening, personalized learning recommendations, and predictive attrition analysis. By using AI on AWS to automate repetitive tasks, analyze engagement trends, and optimize workforce planning, HR teams can enhance productivity, ensure compliance, and make decisions that align with long-term organizational goals.
Workshop structure
The GenAI Workshop consists of a series of joint architecture design meetings, ranging from 1 to 2 hours per session (up to 8 hours total), focusing on the following HR-specific domains:

Centralizing and modernizing HR data enables more accurate talent forecasting, streamlined onboarding, and improved organizational planning.
• Data Supply: Build secure data pipelines that consolidate employee lifecycle data, enabling applications like workforce analytics, personalized learning paths, and diversity metrics monitoring. This streamlined approach to data supply helps HR teams develop actionable insights, facilitate compliance, and monitor employee sentiment.
Model Fine-Tuning: Tailor AI models to meet HR-specific needs, such as automated candidate matching, employee engagement scoring, and attrition risk assessment. Fine-tuning models to reflect HR’s unique requirements helps ensure that insights are relevant and actionable, from identifying top talent to predicting potential turnover risks.
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Implement secure, scalable practices for deploying GenAI in HR, with an emphasis on compliance with privacy regulations. Explore secure deployment options that support applications across recruitment, performance management, and learning and development, ensuring data protection and regulatory adherence.
• GenAI Agents & Knowledge Assistance: Deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants to handle routine HR inquiries, assist with onboarding, and provide personalized guidance on career development. These agents reduce administrative burdens and provide employees with immediate access to HR information.
Each session emphasizes discovery, design, and education, demonstrating how a frontier AI data foundry platform can optimize HR functions, from automating routine tasks to generating real-time workforce insights.

Timeline
The workshop is structured to be completed in approximately two weeks, depending on the availability of your project sponsor and HR teams. For convenience, we also offer the option of conducting the Workshop as an 8-hour onsite, in-person session.
