- Patient Assist: Electronic Health Record integration providing contact center agents with a 360 degree view of the patient record
- Patient Engage: Self-service management tool for patients to manage their own healthcare workflows including billing, pharmacy refills, scheduling, etc.
- Patient Notify: Pro-active omni-channel patient reminders for scheduled appointments, pharmacy refills, bills, orders, referrals, etc.
