Vendor refund policy
If you wish to cancel your Services, Electo Analytics will offer you a complete refund when you cancel your Services within 48 hours after payment in the AWS Marketplace (the "Refund Period"). Thereafter, Electo Analytics does not offer refunds. To cancel your service and request a refund, you must contact AWS Marketplace customer support. Except as otherwise explicitly indicated by Electo Analytics, all Fees hereunder are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
