    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the ease of using the tool. Great job Uniphore!!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is nothing I dislike about the product.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Helps with abandonment rates for our agents...helps bring in payments after hours and handle some situations like updating demographic and insurance information in our systems, asking for itemized statements, requests that we want to keep away from agents so that they can focus on the more intensive calls.
