This service includes industry standard PRE (platform reliability engineering) and SRE (site reliability engineering) offerings. The available level of support includes services spanning from basic monitoring support (Level-1 Support) up to architecture support/problem management etc (Level-3 Support) delivered through a single integrated team having own or customer defined SLAs/KPIs.
Some sample tasks not limited to: a. Handle OpenShift platform as a product and maintain release cycles and release candidates b. Assist in change management of container platform for new versions of OpenShift, Hotfixes, SysAdmin tasks, etc. c. Cluster capacity management and provisioning through automation of underlying hosts d. Provides L3 engineering support e. Observability, Policy Management, Security, Governance, Capacity Management, Backup & Restore, Continuous Optimization etc. f. User access Managements & Role Based Access Control g. Operator installation and management h. Authors/edits system documentation/playbook(s) i. Assist application developers setup the platform for application onboarding using the AWS's native DevOps based apps deployment process. j. Update, maintain and create new additions and updates in the OpenShift environment. k. Root cause analysis of issues, review platform metrices, identify bottlenecks, recommend and refine remediations. l. Proactively implement best practices recommendations m. Manage & maintain platforms SLAs & KPIs for better availability & performance.
