Overview
This is a repackaged open source software wherein additional charges apply for extended support with a 24 hour response time. This is a minimal RHEL 8 image with the Elastic Network Adapter (ENA) enabled. It contains just enough packages to run within AWS, bring up a SSH Server and allow users to login. Cloud-init, as well as latest available RHEL 8 security updates released by the Red Hat team are included. Root login is disabled and only the 'ec2-user' user is allowed to connect using ssh public key authentication.
