Ibis Public Sector offers comprehensive services for both public sector and organizations to build, deploy, measure and improve the experience of internal employees and external customers. We use the industry-leading Qualtrics XM platform and bring expertise with thousands of implementations and over 250 Qualtrics XM certified professionals. We are a global partner and provide key services to implement and operate the Qualtrics XM platform. These services include:
Experience Management (XM) Consulting. Ibis Public Sector brings expertise in advising and helping organizations drive transformational change and mission performance by embedding experience management (XM) in the organizational strategy and culture.
Implementation Services. We empower clients and teams to accelerate their XM journey through training and a broad set of solutions, including platform configuration, user management, survey setup, contact management, dashboard development, and platform integrations.
Engineering Services. Our engineering services involve development of software and the seamless integration with XM Platforms. We develop custom software integrations and solutions and manage complex data migrations to support client needs and fast-track their XM journey and business strategy.
Managed Services. Our managed services encompass multiple areas that are designed to implementation and operate an experience program. These components include customer software development, experience strategy, platform/program support and operational support. Through our management as a service program, we enable decision intelligence for government leaders.
