Overview
This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges apply for technical support provided by Citadel. In order to receive support, please email support@citadelelement.com . Amazon Linux 2018.03 is a supported and maintained Linux image provided by Citadel for use on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2). It provides a stable, secure, and high performance execution environment for all workloads.
Included with this VM is documentation, a security report provided by Citadel Audit.
Please note that this is the default Amazon Linux 2018.03 AMI that our security professionals recommend. Citadel provides ongoing security and maintenance updates on a regular basis to all instances running Amazon Linux 2018.03 AMIs.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
