Establish Design Principles in alignment with Customer requirements, design a AWS Control Tower based scalable secure landing zone, define scope for guardrails and policies within the landing zone, engage and establish an integrated design for the target state architecture. Finalize account onboarding process.

BUILD AND ESTABLISH

Onboard AWS Account for Control Tower Deployment, Develop and Deploy solutions to address common services across the platform, automate baseline setup and resource enablement, Build Guardrails across organization and enable through standardized deployment model

MIGRATE FROM AWS LANDING ZONE (ALZ) TO CONTROL TOWER

Detailed assessment of accounts under AWS Landing Zone (ALZ) for transition including business unit mapping, business dependency and criticality of the workloads within each account. Define an approach for the account transition based on customer requirements and their business units priorities.

HANDOVER to PLATFORM OPERATIONS TEAM

Landing Zone built with Control Tower must be operated efficiently. Plan a knowledge transition with the designated Platform team to operate and govern them an ongoing basis,
