One user is one individual person with their own Enterprise account. Each collaborator you enroll counts as one user toward the 100-user minimum. Full collaboration requires each person to have their own account. Storage is pooled and customized for the whole organization rather than allocated per user.
Your per-user rate drives the cost, billed annually. Adding users raises your total while the per-user rate stays the same. Storage is customizable for your organization and is not billed separately as its own metric. So user count is the main factor in your annual invoice.
No. People without accounts can share, collaborate, or send files through file request and transfer links. These external contributors do not count as billed users. Only enrolled account holders count toward the 100-user minimum and your per-user charge.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for sharing pictures with friends after trips and it's really easy to use. I appreciate how it simplifies sharing photos taken on different devices, making sure everyone can get the pictures they want. It's also convenient to download photos directly to my device. The setup process was very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might like quicker download times, but I think that's more about my computer than Dropbox itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of sharing pictures from different devices, making it easy for everyone to access and download photos.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me access to all my cloud files from my desktop file explorer without filling up my local hard drive space. I also like the fact that it works across Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android devices. Finally, the collaboration feature is robust!
What do you dislike about the product?
It provides a limited free space of only 2GB, which can fill up very quickly, particularly if someone has a wealth of information/files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a backup space in case of computer repairs to save very important files. In addition, my colleagues and I use it when collaborating on a project where everyone has to provide input, or to add feedback or additional notes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can link Dropbox to your desktop and how integrated their workspace. I also appreciate that Dropbox is so easy to work with Mac products. It's fast at uploading and high-quality. I think the way it is structured in the infrastructure is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's downside about Dropbox is not enough storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my day today, I need to upload files every day and it's easy to upload from my desktop to other network in my Mac. It saves me time from going online to upload a single file when I can do it from the comfort of my desktop.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox at work to store documents, share files with clients, and sync files across my devices. The fact that all of these tasks are connected in one place is what I find most useful. I can keep a document in Dropbox, open it from another device, and then share it as soon as a client needs it.
File sharing is especially helpful for client communication. Sending a link is a simple, direct way to make a document available without attaching it to every message. Syncing is just as valuable when I switch devices, because it lets me pick up where I left off and keep working with the same files.

I don’t have a particular issue to highlight from my current use. My experience is mainly with document storage, client file sharing and syncing between devices, so I can’t give a detailed opinion on the more advanced features.

Dropbox helps me keep my work documents accessible and makes it easy to share files with clients. My work involves both storing documents for my own use and making them available to other people, so having one consistent place for everything is genuinely useful.
Syncing between devices also supports that workflow, since I need access to the same documents from more than one device. The biggest benefit for me is convenience: I can store, access, and share my work files through the same service without having to juggle multiple tools.
