My thouhgts on Dropbox syncing and reliability

    Reviewed on Mar 18, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
from my expereince in using other cloud storage solutions, I found have come to notice and liked about Dropbox and its features, like the ability to leave comments to improve workflow, and also dropbox keeps previous versions of files and allowing users to restore them in case of accidental deletion. Like any other cloud storage solutions, Dropbox also ease seamlesss file syncing which is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
the one thing I wanted to point on something really bad is it does not really allow enough free storage for begginers, which 2GB is defintely lower than what google drive is offering(15Gg at the time of me reviewing) and to make things worse, if you want to increase space and features, the pricing is huge for an average person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the dropbox come in handy with the storage and backup with best features, which I normally use either way but just have to fix problems to step up the game. As for someone like me who works with IT, Finance, and Data Analytics, Dropbox helps me manage important documents, collaborate with teams, and ensure my files are always accessible. For DropBox I believe reliable syncing significantly boosts productivity and eliminates concerns about data loss.
