    To help you in your automation journey, choose the deployment that is best for you, Blue Prism licenses hosted and managed by us in SS&C Blue Prism® Cloud on AWS, or SS&C Blue Prism® Enterprise to allow you to deploy the solution in your own AWS managed environment.

    SS&C Blue Prism® Cloud on AWS is a fully managed, intelligent automation platform as a service (PaaS) which empowers organizations to accelerate their business transformation, while significantly reducing their total cost of ownership. The platform provides a pool of intelligent digital workers that emulate actions of people performing repetitive, time-intensive tasks, enabling your employees to focus on higher-value work. Blue Prism Cloud on AWS includes a fully managed, secure platform with a guaranteed SLA (business continuity, monitoring and incident management), pre-configured digital workers that use software and AWS services including OCR, ICR, human-machine forms (no code) and a dedicated instance tailored to specific customer requirements. We also offer a flexible commercial model via private offer that allows the client to scale up and down on AWS as the client requires.

    The BPC package tiers here on marketplace all include 5 production digital workers and 1 development digital worker for our Intelligent Automation PaaS, Basic Support included, plus our Silver level Knowledge Support package to assist you with automations.

    Please note the Flex Worker Overage is only applicable for Private Offers where a Flex Worker arrangement has been agreed in advance.

    SS&C Blue Prism® Enterprise includes everything you need in one all-inclusive license to host the platform in your own AWS instance, including the Digital Workforce, Design Studio, and Control Room. Once you purchase the license, you may go to our BYOL listing for Blue Prism to vend the AMI and CFn ($0) for up to 10 DW to assist with deployment. The package here includes 5 digital workers with Production Support.

    Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

Knowledge Support Overview: Knowledge Support (KS) is focused on delivering enablement and enhancement of skills sets against the feature and functionality of the Blue Prism Cloud platform and Blue Prism products; Knowledge Support is not to be used in place of product or platform support provided via your Maintenance package. Knowledge Support is an add-on Service which complements the Blue Prism University (BPU) web-based, self-paced courses. Courses on Blue Prism University will allow you and your team to develop the skills and knowledge required to utilise the Blue Prism Cloud platform and products. KS sessions can be used to cover a multitude of topics aligned to the BPU courses, and provide you with practical guidance for the use of your platform and the development of automations within your environment and circumstances. This may include best practice techniques, approach to building processes or quite simply generic automation troubleshooting. Knowledge Support can be booked in blocks of two hours through the Blue Prism Cloud Knowledge Support Booking Portal. Customers may book standard KS sessions (as identified in the Portal, such as: Analyst) or may book Custom Knowledge Support Sessions specific to a particular issue or topic.     What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about the Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is its ease of use, and lean towards citizen development. Many alternatives on the market at convoluted, difficult to use, require a lot of hands-on interaction, and struggle to remain modern from a UX perspective. Customers are always impressed when we showcase solutions, built on the Blue Prism platform.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Scheduling can sometimes be clunky and the level of feedback we receive from scheduled tasks isn't always the best. We currently do more manage and monitoring than we expected, but I'm sure this will be solved with Next Gen.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is automating mundane, time consuming processes across the busines, which are taking up valuable SME time. It's helping create an audit trail of workflows and requests. It's formed a relationship between IT and the business, which we didn't have before.

    I love its user-friendly interface and powerful automation capabilities that boost efficiency and scalability.

    I find the learning curve a bit steep for new users, and some features can feel limited in customization
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    SS&C Blue Prism solves issues related to manual data entry, process inefficiencies, and error-prone tasks. By automating these processes, it saves time, reduces errors, and allows my team to focus on strategic initiatives, ultimately improving project outcomes and productivity.

    What do you like best about the product?
    1. It is suitable to create basic rule based tasks such as simple data scraping using web selectors.
    2. It is suitable to create complex AI driven, Machine learning driven solutions as well for large and real time data handling for big enterprise level projects also.
    3. Customer support is great has community to ask for help if stuck anywhere ,so its eassier to implement aything
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Frequency of using , I have mostly been using his for small-level data scraping applications ,Its been a great learning curve for me...
    But when it comes to set up for the large and AI driven projects , set up & integration is a little complex is what i felt
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It mainly helps in humans doing the same jobs daily , say like fetching details from a known well known file and the format of data , it basically reduces humans repetitive jobs by building ruole-based bots.

    What do you like best about the product?
    easy to use especially for a first time RPA developer.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    when doing surface automations and too many elements matched, the app freezes up for the longest time and had to be forced closed. when doing heavy testing, it's a hassle to force close the app repeatedly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    A lot of repetitive tasks are able to be passed on to bots and no longer done by the business users. This frees up a lot of time to do other tasks.
