Zarthi’s Elastic Kubernetes Services simplifies running Kubernetes on AWS to provide scalability and enhance the overall performance of the application.

1. Kubernetes Cluster Setup and Deployment

We install AWS CLI, Kubectl, and eksctl for cluster interaction, ensuring the necessary tools are in place to manage Kubernetes on AWS. We then create IAM roles for secure access, configure a VPC for network isolation, and set up the Kubernetes cluster infrastructure on AWS.

Our team also configures Kubectl and deploys applications onto the cluster for scalable and reliable service delivery. This comprehensive setup allows for a secure, isolated, and efficient Kubernetes environment, allowing for seamless management and deployment of applications which enhances operational efficiency and scalability.

2. Kubernetes Update and Docker Image Management

In Elastic Kubernetes Service, we use Amazon EKS console or CLI to prepare the environment and ensure all the necessary configurations are in place for a smooth deployment by modifying YAML files.

Our experts update Kubernetes manifests to reflect changes and update deployment configurations to reference new Docker images. This process keeps the applications updated and ensures smooth updates with minimal disruption.

3. Kubernetes Troubleshooting and Service Configuration

Our Elastic Kubernetes services also focus on identifying the root causes of pod-related issues affecting application performance. We analyze performance metrics to ensure pods have adequate resources, review configurations, and apply corrective actions to restore normal operations. In our service, we also adjust configurations for various Kubernetes services, including Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and HorizontalPodAutoscalers (HPAs), to meet the changing requirements.

4. Kubernetes Removal and Ingress Setup

We proficiently list all services running in the cluster, delete those with external IPs to remove exposed services, and clean up node groups and Fargate profiles. We then completely delete the Kubernetes cluster and associated resources from the AWS environment.

For ingress setup, our experts create an EKS cluster, deploy an Ingress controller, configure Ingress resources, and set up DNS records. This approach is critical for efficient routing of inbound traffic to the appropriate services within the cluster, maintaining a clean, organized AWS environment.
