Overview
Centific is proud to introduce our GenAI Foundational Workshop, crafted to help enterprises enhance their cybersecurity and fraud detection infrastructure using GenAI on the AWS platform. This workshop enables CISOs, security managers, and other key cybersecurity stakeholders to scale AI solutions beyond the proof-of-concept phase, bringing real-world applications into production on AWS to accelerate decision-making, protect customer trust, and ensure comprehensive threat intelligence.
Guided by Centific’s AI experts, you’ll explore the components of an AI data foundry platform on AWS that integrates diverse threat intelligence sources, such as darknet data and proprietary insights, to power advanced cybersecurity operations. Using a pre-trained proprietary large language model (LLM) customized for security use cases, this data foundry on AWS supports your organization’s ability to monitor vulnerabilities, detect anomalies, and reduce incident response times, all while integrating seamlessly with your existing AWS platforms.
Workshop structure
The GenAI Workshop consists of a series of joint architecture design meetings, ranging from 1 to 2 hours per session (up to 8 hours total), focused on the following cybersecurity-specific domains:
• Data Modernization: Prepare your data platforms to scale AI for high-performance threat detection, creating a foundation for integrating real-time intelligence from sources like curated dark web data and other proprietary threat sources.
• Data Supply: Build data pipelines to aggregate cybersecurity data from multiple channels, improving visibility across platforms. This approach enables your AI models to deliver faster, more accurate threat insights and identify high-risk vulnerabilities, helping you stay ahead of emerging threats.
Model Fine-Tuning: Customize AI models to predict and detect cybersecurity anomalies, such as unusual network behavior or insider threats. By tailoring models with your private data, you can optimize the speed and accuracy of your response to potential incidents.
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Best practices for deploying GenAI in cloud or hybrid environments, ensuring integration with your cybersecurity infrastructure and implementing a zero trust security posture.
• GenAI Agents & Chatbots: Explore AI-powered agents for identity management, incident response, and fraud detection. These agents can assist in threat identification, case management, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) reporting, reducing time spent across tools and strengthening team collaboration.
Each session emphasizes discovery, design, and education, highlighting how an AI data foundry platform can streamline the cybersecurity lifecycle, ensuring flexibility, enhanced protection, and consistent compliance across your security landscape.
Deliverables
• Technical Deep-Dive Discovery Sessions: These collaborative workshops with Centific’s AI experts align your GenAI strategy with cybersecurity priorities such as implementation of a zero trust posture, regulatory compliance, and rapid fraud detection.
• Future-State Architecture Diagram: A comprehensive framework, customized for your organization’s security requirements, covers real-time threat detection, integrated fraud prevention, and identity management to protect critical data and assets.
• Recommendations Report: This report summarizes key insights and strategic choices, helping you prioritize AI use cases like anomaly detection, insider threat management, and compliance reporting to maximize your cybersecurity impact.
• Cost Estimation: With Centific’s cost estimation tools, gain a forecast of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for your GenAI deployment, ensuring your investments optimize response times and reduce the costs associated with data breaches.
• Implementation Proposal: A detailed plan outlining the scope and costs of Centific’s services to bring your security-focused AI solutions into production, complete with action steps and a timeline to secure faster and more comprehensive threat protection.
Timeline
The workshop is structured to be completed in approximately two weeks, depending on the availability of your project sponsor and technical teams. For convenience, an 8-hour onsite, in-person session option is also available.
Next Steps
Following the workshop, typical next steps include proof-of-concept deployments to demonstrate the capabilities of your future-state AI design, followed by full production implementation. These steps ensure a smooth transition from concept to production and provide a framework for ongoing AI-powered threat monitoring and management.
