    Overview

    Leveraging gen AI to analyze customer feedback enables unrivaled accuracy, reduces ongoing expenses, and offers a very flexible approach to enabling customer experience analytics at scale. In addition, optional insights that can be determined from each review include:

    • Was the customer new, loyal, or occasional?
    • Did they start online before showing up in person to complete the purchase?
    • Did they specify any employees by name or role in their review, and if so, what was the person’s name/role?
    • What time of day did they visit?
    • For restaurants, did they order in-store, drive-thru, or via mobile app?

    Using the customer sentiment analyzer’s solution templates as a starting point, Wavicle customizes and implements the solution within your AWS account as part of a consulting engagement tailored specifically to your needs.

    The output of the analysis process is stored within your AWS environment, allowing integration with any downstream systems as desired. Plus, once implemented, the entire solution exists 100% within your AWS environment, with all of your data being retained safely behind your firewall.

    Our project approach includes:

    1. Upfront assessment (2 weeks): Wavicle’s team works to understand your data sources and document functional and non-functional requirements.
    2. Implementation (6-8 weeks): Wavicle configures and customizes the solution to your needs, connecting to data sources, loading historical customer reviews, finalizing topics, customizing reports, and configuring daily processing.
    3. Post-implementation support (ongoing): Wavicle provides ongoing support based on your team’s needs.
