We then assemble and configure their custom SaaS solution delivered under pay-as-you-go terms, and customers pay only for what they use.
Our latest SaaS offering features the ServiceNow platform and its suites, designed to streamline and automate workflows across IT, business, and mission-critical areas. This solution aims to enhance IT Service Management, Operations Management, Case Management, Governance and Risk Management, Asset Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management. Our model includes regular Continual Service Improvement releases to address future needs, enabling us to achieve greater organizational and operational efficiencies, increased productivity, and cost savings.
We also provide the full range of support as part of the SaaS solutions including: 1) Assembly & Configuration where we use low-code techniques and platforms to assemble and configure your solution to meet your specific requirements and needs; 2) Cybersecurity where we engineer the solution to meet the specific information assurance and security requirements of the customer; 3) Operations & Maintenance where we operate and maintain all aspects of the solution in the host environment; 4) Updates & Enhancements where we update, fix, and enhance the operational solution as needed; and 5) Service Desk where we provide all needed user support.
