3Di Engage Implementation services are comprised of 3 offerings:
Software as a Service (SaaS) Implementation - (REQUIRED) The implementation of 3Di Engage products involves the deployment of an instance of the SaaS product on AWS, configuration of the product for the customer's business process workflows, and personalization of the content such as user interfaces and reports to customer's specifications. The implementation process consists of four phases:
- Project Kick-off & Planning
- Customer Requirements and System Configuration
- System Testing & Validation Go-Live

Systems Integration - (OPTIONAL) Most customers utilize purpose-built software systems to manage different aspects of their business. It is often necessary for such systems to share information and provide seamless workflows for users. Most modern systems provide interfaces to enable integrations with other systems. 3Di Engage products can be integrated with most business applications that support application programming interfaces (APIs) including:
- ERP & Financial Systems
- Payment Gateways
- Identity Management Systems
- Work Order Management Systems
- Enterprise Document/Content Management Systems
- Geographical Information Systems (GIS) (e.g. ESRI, Google)
- Reporting & Business Intelligence Systems 3Di Engage product implementation team has successfully architected and deployed systems integrations across a variety of hybrid infrastructures (on premise, cloud, multi-cloud) and product technologies stacks.
Data Migrations - (OPTIONAL) If your organization is currently using a data system to manage that business processes that you will be transitioning to a 3Di Engage product, you may have a need to migrate the data in your current data stores to the new system. 3Di can help you analyze your current data, develop data migration plan and a implement a process that minimizes your downtime as you transition to the new 3Di Engage product.
