You can adjust the skill sets based on your project’s evolving needs, ensuring you have the right talent at the right time without overextending your budget.

• Multiple Pods In case single pods don’t offer the scalability you want? You can hire multiple pods as your requirements increase. Whether you need more skill sets, more hours, or different teams for different parts of work, like on-going support, maintenance, or delivery. You can hire multiple pods with ease. For example, use one pod to maintain existing infrastructure while dedicating another to new development. This gives you the flexibility to manage separate streams of work without the complexity of hiring and managing additional full-time employees.
