What do you like best about the product?
We had trouble with a lack of tracability and multiple design changes before Teamcenter was installed, which made it challenging to ascertain who was accountable for design changes and it was also time consuming to locate particular models within our TBs of files too. Conversely Teamcenter provides a modular approach allowing us to start with the basics and expand on as we go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just have one problem with it and that is, the interface is too much crowded with various information and if I want to look for a piece of data or an error, it takes quite some time to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both startups, medium and large corporations will benefit from it so that we can create infrastructure capable of handling anything from a small number of projects to complex worldwide operations. Although it might not be the best fit for companies with limited CAD focus, it is rather helpful for companies handling significant volumes of CAD data since it addresses revision, traceability and data piracy issues hence improving efficiency in project based sectors.
