The Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) is an omnichannel marketing platform that orchestrates the entire customer experience, from managing data and identity to acquiring new customers, as well as managing and growing existing customers. The ZMP enables activation across devices and channels (email, display, mobile, social, and CTV) with AI-driven personalization based on known attributes and real-time interactions informed by online and offline observations. Does the job but lack the finesse to provide a great experience.
The reporting of the active campaigns can be control from the console which is not the best but gets the job done. All in all the platform does what it advertises and that should be the bottom line to justify the usage.
