La resilience, avec deux serveur, il est tres rare deplus avoir deux serveur disponible.
Cela permet de fournir une haute disponibilite, ce qui est important quand on a de l'astreinte dans une entreprise

What do you dislike about the product?
Les mises a jours sont pas souvente, et des fois sont buggue, les beta ne doivent pas etre assez long, certain option en entreprise sont pas fini, comme le SSO qui est tres important mais indisponible a la connexion au panel

Cela nous permet de nous connecter aux serveurs on prem de notre infrastructure, et ainsi evitez d'exposer au public des serveurs

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install and setup.

Unlock user is not available via the Admin GUI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our company to isolate internal infrastructure.
Overall easy to setup and configure. Online documentation is easy to follow and helpful support!
What do you like best about the product?
Support was quick and direct to the point to resolve issues. Documentation is detailed. Configuration is easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot really think of any, other than pricing was very competitive until 2024, when there was a drastic increase, thus forcing us to decrease our licences compared to what we used to have, and then incrementally increasing licenses to fill our max needs versus having extras always available.

Easilly allowing users to remote into the corporate network to access items not available otherwise.
Simplicity at it's finest
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and just works. There are plenty of settings you can adjust, but by default, either choose full-tunnel or split-tunnel. Set your private network CIDRs, setup authentication, and you're good to go!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure others offer more advanced features, but I haven't found a great need for any of them.

Access to private networks is made a breeze

Simplicity, stability, and ease of implementation have been big for us.

It is a low-feature VPN. There is not a lot of the bells and whistles you see with other enterprise VPNs

OpenVPN is providing a low-management IT VPN solution for us on top of our standard user VPN.
Easy to install and get on the server
What do you like best about the product?
Open VPN is very easy to install, my company gave me a config file and we can just import the file and use the software to access my organisation server.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anyhting to dislike the product, Airtel is blocking some of the VPS then I am not able to access the server and I have to switch to some other network (ISP).

I can easily access my organizations server and work.
seamlessly gets connected to the server without any hassle

its more user friendly without any complexities and can quickly gets connected to the vpn at any point of time

Some times I have faced lags and later got it resolved by upgrading the version.

It gets me connected to any client just by quickly establishing the connection and also I can switch between the diferent clients(server connections)
Best experience using openvpn
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using OpenVPN for approximately 1 year, installation is very easy and use is also user friendly. Regarding security, this product is very capable and reliable when working far from the head office and the monthly cost is also cheap in my opinion.

There is nothing disappointing about OpenVPN

Best solution for a Self hosted VPN
What do you like best about the product?
Especially after COVID, the scenario of work from home , using OpenVPN is such a easy thing, no unnecessary complications , you can just implement it fast, and it also integrates with your exisitng infra.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much , while my job mostly used command prompt and its always fast enough to configure and start working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Job requires connecting to multiple teams , sometimes at different locations while tradition VPN solutions are there, we usually create own tunnels for different projects for which openvpn will be really useful.
