Exceptional Product and Support for the Price
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly enjoy the product as a whole, it is everything my organization needs. The support and community behind the product is top of the line as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. I have not found one feature I did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio ONE is an exceptional Workforce Management solution that helps to make sure my organization is on top of staffing and hiring needs to be able to handle forecasted volumes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you work with the technicians so that it is setup exactly how you want it. Also, join the community and keep up with the discussions as Calabrio implements features straight from it's users recommendations so if there is something that you want to see, let them know as many others that use the system may want to see that as well!

Recommended for scheduling employees
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to navigate. I could request days off within the app. I also liked how HR could send announcements to us through the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would never receive notifications on my phone when the new schedule came out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees love knowing their schedules a few weeks ahead of time, and they were always able to get it.
Effective and Flexible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Calabrio allows us to import metadata from third party tools, which helps us to better understand the customer (and employee) journey. Also, I love that Calabrio builds the tool that its clients needs, which makes it more user friendly; they are eager to consult their clients at every step of the way. Their analytics product is extremely effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare occasions I feel like the tool struggles to scale for large sized organizations with a lot of complexity,. but the team is right there to correct any issues, and again, create solutions tailored to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to drive CX metric improvements using out of the box dashboards, as well as implemented new tools that drive better employee engagement. Also, implementing data from third party tools has allowed us to look at the data in new ways without having to manipulate multiple data sets.
Slick design, regular updates
What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio has a great user interface that integrates WFM, QM, call recording, and analytics into an intuitive and easy to navigate platform, their online help system is robust and superior to the help files I've used in other workforce management products, and Calabrio seems truly open to user feedback to plan for future product updates and features, which makes it feel more like being part of a community of users rather than just an anonymous customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of functionality for a traditional shift bid is a major disappointment. Calabrio does offer "dynamic scheduling" which is their alternative to a traditional shift bid, but for companies locked in a traditional shift bid model the lack of ability to generate and output a list of ideal schedules based on a forecast/arrival patterns/staffing levels/schedule types is a huge miss as this is a fundamental component of a workforce management package..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary goal in switching to Calabrio was integration, and we were able to eliminate four other independent software products by integrating our WFM, QM, and call recording into Calabrio One.

What do you like best about the product?
Every since I started using Calabrio over 17 months ago. My system was a complete mess! Calabrio's innovation team came to Cummins and they evaluated the way we were utilizing the Workforce Management tool. After completing this task I am now able to continually hit over 90% Forecast Accuracy. I am so excited to get our new version up and running as I know the analytics will bring a lot of value to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was challenging as we were using an older version of Calabrio and it was on premise so I was not able to update a newer version. We are now in the process of moving over to the newest version of Calabrio and moving to the cloud. Overall I do not dislike anything about Calabrio. They are an amazing group of individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many I don't even know where to start. For starters we are Forecasting over 90% accuracy and we have started utilizing the QM tool to live monitor our agents.
Very convenient tool
What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most with teleopti is it is very convenient to use where in you can access it even outside work. You can plot your absence ahead of time even wihout calling a certain hotline to notify. Our company was able to think of a way where in the employees can avoid hassle in checking their schedule.

WFM tool for your employees
What do you like best about the product?
Teleopti is being used in our ITO company and our clients mainly used for creating day-to-day schedules. Very useful when checking your shifts, plotting leaves, and will greatly improve adherences you can see your individual and teams shedules month-by-month. I like the usability of this app as they’ve created one from iOS
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much of a dislike, but there is a glitch on the iOS app if you click in the leave request, the UI freezes when going back to the hamburger menus. hope they update it soon.

I like how easy it is to navigate, it doesn't have too many overwhelming features.

I find that some of the reporting features can be a bit difficult. I don't use them often, but when I do I wish that they were more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling large amounts of people and being able to track and indicate different activities/jobs that need to be assigned throughout the day.

I like the ability to review my schedule from the mobile app. I like the notifications when there's a status change in my schedule.

I dislike the fact that this software does not allow partial shift trades
I also hate the name. I just think Teleopti has a very dissonant sound. I prefer to refer to it as MyTime since that is the name of the Teleopti app that the end users have access to.
