What do you like best about the product?
you can easily see the schedule updates , the features are the best like the feature were you can use it as well outside the office , all updates made for the application is helpful and you can use the application multiple time .
What do you dislike about the product?
as of the moment i dont see any bad side or anything to dislike for the Calabrio ONE application .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us with our daily office schedules , filling leave , swapping schedules , filling our over time .

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Calabrio ONE is that it gives you your schedule, which is easy to view and I also enjoy how you can swap or trade shifts with colleagues. I also like how it alerts you 5 minutes before your next scheduled activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Calabrio ONE is not linked with our pay system. We have to use a different system to view our PTO, sick time, etc but it does not correspond to Calabrio ONE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have anyp problems solving so I feel it benefits the user for their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this tool is its so convenient and useful on our everyday task. The tool is user friendly. I can easily check my task clearly, process request for leaves, fast notfication with requests. It has different that you can look on to. fast notification when the task has been updated and the things that you need to do in a timely manner. You can also access it outside of office.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far everything on this tool is useful and convenient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this is the tool we use everyday for our daily task and routines. this is where we track our task in a timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access it anywhere even when I am not in the office. Can easily file a leave or make changes in schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just hope it does not log out the app from phone after you log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to manage my TIME at work and request TIME OFF when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it gives us freedom to move throughout the day with no worries and we get to do everything at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing that I dislisk on Calabrio because it is very informative about everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definetly improves agent adherence and even sends us notification to change aux status.

What do you like best about the product?
Calabrio app helps me follow my schedule as it notifies me of the next activity that is about to follow. Whenever I request for my schedule to be updated it gets updated immediately
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Calabrio ONE, ever since it was introduced at my workplace everything has become much more easier and simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calabrio has solved a massive problem that we were facing on a daily basis, Before we used to be sent our break/lunch times on a spreadsheet whereas now we just need to open our Calabrio ONE app and it notifies us of our next activity. It also helps us follow the correct schedule as it also shows pop ups as soon as the next activity follows.

There is not one thing I dislike about Clabrio one as it has made work much easier.

One gets notified by Calabrio when next activity is about to start & end, and that helps with adhering to the scheduled activity times.
