Excellent, User Friendly tool for business!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and easy to access on a daily basis from work or home.
What do you dislike about the product?
No suggestions at this time. Calabrio ONE meets all my expectations for work use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to check my work schedule as well as make requests for changes to my work schedule without having to contact my HR department.

Functional and simple.

A great platform to use, simple, easy, fast, it gives me the tools I need to work, monitor my workday and everything else.

So far I can't find any problems with using the tool, for me it is very practical and functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly understanding data that we can generally overlook, hidden data, so to speak, that we generally wouldn't have the awareness to analyze normally.
User friendly and Easy to Understand
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have all the information together on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now. Maybe that it takes a few minutes to update sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so nice to be able to go review a call. Sometimes I am not sure about something that was said and being able to listen to it is helpful. Also, being able to request time off and having my schedule all in the same place is a time saver.
Calabrio is an excellent app which has allowed me to track my schedule on time

The most helpful feature in calabrio that I found was the notification which it send when I am scheduled for go on break or queue

I have nothing to dislike on this app as it is the best

Like I said it was hard for me to manage my schedule with the busy work lifestyle but due to calabrio I am able to follow my schedule and maintain my quality
Calabrio is an excellent app which allows us to review our breaks and our login and logout

It sends an notification for everything that is scheduled for the day which makes it easy for me to follow my schedule

As of now I have nothing that made me feel disliked about calabrio

Monitoring the agents and sending out alerts when the agent is in an out of adherence break
