What do you like best about the product?
The simple interface is easy to navigate through - also considering the simple set up - moving to page fom page is fairly quick, which is very important considering it's vital that we track how many concierges are available to ensure SLAs are hit.Additionally the flexibility of assigning your preferred queue is wonderful
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the website itself is a bit clunky - it's difficult to set up when you want to contact a number asap by clicking the number itself, no option to transfer calls to a specific queue and the saved contacts available to everyone is extremely difficult to maneuver around and you can accidentally call someone unintentionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, when we were still using 3CX - it helped us a lot considering even concierges had the capability of checking the calls coming through and gave us the flexibility to adjust the queues we were assigned to. It was quick for us to hop on in cases where calls were piling up.

What do you like best about the product?
They have call logs that can be easily tracked. Awesome messaging and chat service system. Reliable IVR and voice recognition feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Needs more improvement in customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up and using 3CX was very easy and hassle-free.

One of the best tools in VOIP..Intuitive and easy to use and manage.

Reporting and logs are a bit more difficult to extract.

3CX is the main VOIP tool that we use to call and be called.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless connectivity. Transferring calls between agents and monitoring is relatively easy. Barge in access, overseeing and monitoring access is available for real time. The android version of the software makes life easy as you can take client calls anytime, even when you are away from desk
What do you dislike about the product?
Fetching call recordings is a tiresome task for self review as access is provided to the peron overseeing the team with login access, thus making self scrutiny a long process. The IVR that redirects calls often stalls during inbound calls before asking where or whom to redirect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking inbound calls. Redirecting inbound calls to different departments by the caller without extra involvement by any department, live monitoring of calls for quality reasons

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very helpful and dynamic phone system. This app has its own mobile app wherein all the employers in the company can use it. You can also see the availability of the person or if it's in a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside since I've used it for a short period of time

No recordings were made after several calls though it is user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
When I started working in my current company, I was introduced to 3CX. I must say that this software is user-friendly and as someone who has very little knowledge when it comes to technology, 3CX is easy to navigate. I am aware that there were other options to communicate using this software, however, I've only used voice call since we are actually using other software to communicate via video and chat. I've only been using this software for less than a year and I can say that it was a hassle-free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about 3CX is that I cannot find the recording I made. There were calls that I was able to record but it was a huge dilemma when it comes to looking for those recordings. It's been months since the last time I attempted to record a call, and up until now, I haven't found those calls yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting numerous Cities, wons and townships in the USA to request for a permit and inspection schedule. 3CX has helped a lot when it comes to communication with inspectors and clerks.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX is an excellent service to integrate live Chat, Video Calls, WhatsApp and VOIP services to the websites. It provides plugins and SDKs to integrate these services into our Website. We can use 3CX from 3cx.com or host it on our server.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about 3CX. 3CX is the best service in the market. They have a bit higher pricing and limited community support. Else everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 3CX to integrate into my websites and give support through it. I use a LiveChat plug-in from 3CX so my website visitors can contact us directly through live chat. I can reply directly to them from the 3CX. It is straightforward to integrate into any website; copy a few lines of HTML and Javascript code with the correct credentials, and it will work.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about 3CX is its ability to transfer calls to team members internally hassle-free. Another feature that I like most about 3CX is the ability to record calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about 3CX. In fact, 3CX is easy to set up and has a friendly interface that is easy to navigate. Their mobile app is also great, which helps us take calls on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX is helping us manage the day-to-day inbound and outbound phone calls that are very important for our business. It is helping us solve the communication gap between our clients and us. It has also helped us with qualitative data, which has been very important in making business decisions.
