The server runs well, but when you look under the hood, it's an expensive hourly license for a simple Docker installation. Supposedly the support is worth it, however I could not get anyone on the line.
Because docker proxy already occupies ports 80 and 443, it was difficult to add a certificate (e.g. with letsencrypt). Tried to call the support line quite a few times to resolve this but could never get someone the line.
I too have been unable to get any response via email. both to David and support copied on the same email. Just looking for their advice on what to tell SES support for getting them to lift the email limits. Been over a week with nada.
Hi Gophisher1.0, I appreciate your feedback here and I'm really sorry you weren't able to reach us by phone. I hear your pains, and I'll make them right. We'll be reducing the cost in an upcoming update to $0.49 and $1.40 along with a free tier for initial integration. We're also opening up a new support portal with ZenDesk to capture tickets and provide support videos/articles. We're moving the application back out of the container to make custom certificates easier to install, and also providing a custom subdomain generated when the instance first boots up. Like some of our other clients, you might have had problems with deliverability as well, so we're setting up a PostFix installation pre-configured on the box and the procedures to work through with Amazon Support to enable SMTP sending. Sincerely, David
