En tant qu'administratrice, j'aimerai un écran plus lisible pour mieux voir où sont utilisées les données importées (revue du pipeline).

Il nous a permis d'avoir une plateforme unique pour transmettre des résultats d'indicateurs RH à tous nos managers du niveau national au local. La facilité d'utilisation de la solution nous permet d'être réactif pour la mise en production de nouveaux indicateurs rapidement ou la réalisation de modifications.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to tell data stories easily to our user.
Data transformation are really easy to operate.
Live connection is a must have to use data source capacities to compute some complicated aggregations

Even though there are a lot of them, we are still missing some connectors, for example GA4 connector

What do you like best about the product?
L'orientation "embedded analytics" est poussée et très agréable à l'utilisation. La customisation un vrai plus pour permettre de répondre aux nouveaux besoins rapidement. E commerce dans l'alimentaire, la data est évidemment au coeur du bussiness mais pas le coeur de métier, la solution s'appelle Toucan.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating Toucan Toco in our product was made easy by the tools provided such as dashboard & stories preparation, YouPrep data manipulation, and generally speaking the overall administration console provided by Toucan Toco.
Customer support has always been reactive upon requests, and solutions were found quickly.
Using Toucan Toco applications we are able to provide our customers with several levels of analytics seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to really know how to pre-process data when we have a large dataset to manipulate.
We'd like to see a stronger support for data versioning (compared to staging and production modes) and have the ability to select a specific version of a story or dashboard to put in production.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling data visualisation on large datasets coming from users interaction on our platform. Providing state of the art data visualisation to our customers and have fast integration and update capabilities when new datasets emerge in our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Toucan for several months now, and the tool perfectly fulfills its embedded analytics role. The interface is very pleasant compared to many other tools.
You Prep, where data is prepared prior to visualization, is extremely comprehensive and offers a wealth of possibilities for your datasets.
Tiles and stories are very easy to build, and the various filtering and cross-filtering possibilities between graphs offer your users excellent data readability. The UI is top-notch.
Customization of each space is also beneficial in the case of customer specific dashboards.
The solution is also very easy to integrate into our platform.

The application is sometimes temperamental. But customer care and success are a great help at solving problems very quickly.

Toucan enables us to aggregate our data and make it available to our customers in just a few clicks.

It is a modular platform, easy to customize.

I find that there is a persistent latency time.

We used to spend a lot of time to answer our partners reporting requests. It was a headache, time-consuming, and definitively not an optimal experience for everyone involved. With Toucan, our partners now have a great and automatically updated reporting app!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could create more than one version of the PDF export of our reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously explained; with Toucan, we have set up reporting application to allow our partners to get up to date data in a modern and autonomous way, while saving us a lot of time previously used to create on demand report each time a partner asked for one.

One of the best NoCode tools for BI and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Toucan allows the implementation of a wide range of connectors to link the company's various data sources. The "Storytelling" mechanism is well designed, allowing essential KPIs to be condensed on a primary dashboard and then enabling deeper exploration into the data. The tool quickly empowers business users in the implementation of their Dashboards. The IT department is mainly involved in the initial phases of data preparation and exposure, which greatly frees up IT resources on this type of project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution does not yet offer all types of restitution, particularly scientific rendering modes (box plot, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Toucan has been able to provide significant human resources to support us in the implementation and handling of the tool. A periodic follow-up is done with our BSM to understand the developments made and ensure that the deployment of business dashboards is done correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Toucan Toco is its very pragmatic approach with the possibility of achieving quick results with minimal configuration. I also like its clear "embedded analytics" orientation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can sometimes be slow or even buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Toucan Toco, we used a 100% custom solution to offer analytical data to our clients. Any modification required adding a request to the product backlog and waiting for the implementation of the change as well as its deployment. With Toucan Toco, the lead time for each change has been drastically reduced from a few days to a few hours.
