Recent Changes Make it Even Better
What do you like best about the product?
Entering time as an employee is relatively straightforward, and as an administrator, it is easy to make adjustments and corrections and sync the timesheets to QuickBooks. The online interface also saves very quickly, so employees do not accidentally lose their entered information if they close the program in a rush.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the column where it shows all of the customer jobs, it shows the customer's name (example: NOAA) on a separate line, then below it on another line are the jobs (example: NOAA: 123456 Radiometer--new line for each job). The employees and I wish we could not have the customer "name only" line because employees hastily click on the customer "name only" line instead of the customer name WITH the job number, if that makes sense. For the example I used, employees selected "NOAA" and added their time when they should have chosen NOAA: 123456 Radiometer. This may not seem like a big deal, and employees should use their heads, but it happens a lot, and we have to make adjustments on the admin side, including determining which of the customer's jobs they meant to charge to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues wondering what the employees were doing when charging to a general area like salary overhead. Now, Time Tracker allows them to make a lengthy 1000-character note in the description box. Our big benefits are being able to easily sync with QuickBooks to add jobs to the online interface in a flash, as well as the employees being able to enter their time down to the smallest increment accurately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Time Tracker does make it easy for employees to record their time down to the smallest increments accurately, meaning the financial controller can have precise spending details on contracts, which makes for accurate, real-time budget reports.

Time Tracker by eBillity is an adequate way to manage time sheets for work
What do you like best about the product?
It is fast and simple to use. It is very easy to edit past mistakes or look up work/job history
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is confusing to use. Its interphase is not intuitive and I usually log onto the browser version from my phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I, personally, am solving few problems with Time Tracker. My job doesn't pay for me to troubleshoot the system so I, once finding a method that works, just use the method that allows me to submit my hours accuartely. I like the auto-populate aspect when looking up jobs.

Use the browser before attempting the app

Calculation of rows and columns is unnecessarily complicated.

Problems-communication with employer. Benefit-got compensated by employer.

What do you like best about the product?
add it to the app and it keeps track of everything. Comes tax season and everything is in one place

the constant changes. the app has changed and it takes a bit to get used to it.

You can't clock in or clock out. You just need to figure out how much time you spent on a client.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple design. No distracting bell or whistles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to save descriptions. I use the same descriptions for a lot of my entries and is a bit tedious typing it out over and over again. Other than that it is wonderful.

We have a lot of remote employees so its makes it easier to keep track of everyone's work.

The time tracking software is very easy to use. Works with Windows as well as Web App. I'm mainly using Web App.

There was a slight learning curve at first, but I was able to effectively use after couple weeks.

I need to track my hours and jobs for MSP (Managed Service Provider) that I work with. We bill one time each month. TimeTracker eBillity makes it easy to bill for projects and time worked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
TimeTracker is very easy to use and can be used as Web App. The software makes it easy to track and bill for projects and time.
Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can look back at past entries and review specific dates; everything I need is on the front page when I log in. It also saves my daily entries until the deadline to submit set forth by my employer. The text boxes also remind me of when I left an area blank.
What do you dislike about the product?
It deleted my previous week's entries when I hadn't submitted them by the end of the week, and I had to reenter them for those same days the following week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an online log of my work hours completed, and I can note specific tasks done.
